RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items sent back without meeting these requirements may be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items


Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Order number

  • Photo of the issue

  • Item name & size


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary)


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Important Shipping Note

Once a package is shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping provider.
For delays or tracking issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
